BattleForged Wargaming Returns Policy

 

1. Returns Eligibility:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them, subject to the conditions below:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Custom or personalized items (including 3D-printed models) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at admin@battleforgedwargames.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the item(s) you wish to return.

  • The reason for the return (e.g., defective, incorrect item, or change of mind).

We will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

4. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition.

5. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at admin@battleforgedwargames.com.

6. Exceptions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-printed models, gift cards, and clearance items are not eligible for returns.
